Herndon Middle School is a part of Fairfax County Public Schools providing education to students in grades seven and eight. Students come from both Reston and Herndon. Students are offered a wide range of activities including band, art, music, foreign languages, reading, photography, technology, drama, creative writing and more. The school's principal is Justine Klena.
