Victim: Male
Gist: The victim was sitting inside his vehicle when he was approached by 2 unknown males, one subject on the driver side the other on the passenger side. The perp struck the victim in the face through the driver side window, when the victim got out of the vehicle the perp's enter the vehicle and fled the scene. The victims' vehicle was later found several blocks away in a Parking Garage.
